As a Regional Manager you are responsible for managing 6 branches. As a Regional Manager you stand on your own two feet: you create your own market plan and implement it together with your branch managers and intermediaries. You are the one who sets the direction, keeps the big picture in view and focuses on results. By the trust you give your employees, you ensure that they feel responsible for their share in the success of the region.
